Discount Insurance Program Liberty Mutual - We are pleased to announce our newest program, a partnership with Liberty Mutual Insurance for Auto and Homeowners Insurance. As a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, Liberty Mutual will discount the annual cost of your auto insurance by 10% and your homeowners insurance by 5%. If you insure both policies with them, they offer a multi-policy discount of approximately 15% on the homeowners insurance. This program is ONLY available to MCBA Members. Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) - Participate in the Association’s
ABA approved lawyer referral service which provides assistance to over 5,000 callers each year. For a nominal fee, members can join the computerized service and receive referrals from up to six (6) different specialty areas of law. (For complete details click on the link above.)
LRS Reduced Fee Program - Participating panel members provide Legal Services at reduced fees to those individuals who do not qualify for legal services but whose income barely exceeds the official poverty threshold. (For complete details click on the link above.)
Hon. Rosemary Reavey Mentor Program - In honor of Judge Rosemary Karcher Reavey, this program embodies the concept that no question or problem is too trivial, unimportant or embarrassing that it cannot be dealt with when lawyers provide assistance and advice to one another. Our team of mentors is made up of seasoned attorney volunteers who are prepared to assist practitioners with difficult questions, whether practice related, client related, or simply "life" related. The program's goal is to enhance every attorney's experience in the profession and assist where professional obligations seem to conflict with one's personal life.
